The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation is a South Australian RTO that predominantly trains in the health and community services sector.
As part of their business development and diversification they are looking to branch out into the Foundation Skills area specialising in assisting people who are interested in careers in these sectors.
They are looking to see if anyone would be interested in working with them on this project – possibly on a contract basis.
The anticipated outcomes are:
- Becoming accredited to deliver the Certificate II Foundation Skills
- To deliver a successful course of the Certificate II Foundation Skills once accredited
- To upskill / mentor interested education staff already employed to eventually run this program once qualified .
- To develop and implement additional practices that help support the rest of the student cohort experiencing LLN issues (including digital literacy)
They are looking for a practitioner with experience and who has the necessary qualifications ASQA require to develop / deliver such a course.
