Nicola is responsible for the embedded literacy and numeracy professional development program in the foundation level tertiary sector in New Zealand. A whole organisation approach to embedding literacy and numeracy in education organisations and workplaces is her current focus and informs her work in sustainable and systemic practices. Her workplace interests include organisational change and workplace culture. Nichola holds a Master of Philosophy in workplace literacy and numeracy programs.
